Project title:

Research and Development of an Automated Mixing Device for Eco-Friendly Dextrin Adhesives

Reg. no.:

FW10010357

Project goal

The goal of the project is to create an innovative mixing device for producing eco-friendly dextrin adhesive, which is not harmful to the environment. This adhesive will serve as an alternative to commonly used chemically-based adhesives in industries such as construction or paper manufacturing, and it is gradually making its way into the textile industry. The device will be fully automated and will require minimal operator intervention, thus reducing errors caused by human factors. The developed device will follow Industry 4.0 concepts in combination with a clear direction towards RIS3 strategies, allowing for efficient and rapid production of an eco-friendly yet high-quality product that helps reduce the negative impact of industry on the environment.
